The steps we take to secure the personal information we hold include website protection measures, security restrictions on access to LACW’s computer systems, secure and locked premises and the development of policies in relation to document management and file storage and destruction.
Access to most information held on behalf of a client is accessible by that client upon request. Where a client seeks a third party access to information, necessary release paperwork will be required.
The LACW does not maintain a mailing list, database or records of email traffic to this site. The LACW does not pass on, publish or disclose any email addresses from our records to any third party.
The LACW does not gather “cookies” or any information from site visitors. The LACW does not knowingly pass on, publish or disclose any identifying information regarding the network identities of machines visiting our website to any third party.
The LACW welcomes feedback by phone, mail or in person. The LACW, in particular welcomes feedback in relation to this policy or privacy matters in general.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
